Jiashan PVB Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of sliding bearings. Our company is concentrating on research, develop and manufacture high quality sliding bearings.
Our company mainly produce du bushes,dx bushing,bimetal engine bearing,solid metal bushes,PTFE bushings,lead free self-lubricating bushings.
1)Oilless slide bushes are a kind of thin wall wrapped bearings made of triple layer composites material which consists of a steel backing, a sintered porous bronze particles interlayer and calender with PTFE and Pb mixture as surface layer.
2)a kind of bushes are wrapped by bronze strip. The bronze is of particular formulation with high specific gravity and on its surface may be in corporated with spherical or diamond shaped indentations or oil grooves as required by customers;
3)PTFE soft strip bushes are a composites material with bronze wire mesh as frame and calendered with a film of filled poly tetrafluoroethylene.
4) solid lubricated bushes are a kind of high strength cast bronze based material and on the surface of ehich is embedded with preformed solid lubricant. So it can be made into bearing, plate, thrust washes and soon.
5)bimetal bushing is based on steel and sintered with CuPb10Sn10 as a lining layer. This type has the best performance within the range of Cu-Pb alloy constructured bushing. Therefore it has been widely used in automotive, common industrial like steering gear, power steering, pedal bushes, king-pin bushes, tailgate pivots, mechanical handling, lifting equipment, hydraulic motors, agricultural machines etc.
