Supply Condition: Ground and chrome plated,
tempered
Grade: CK45/ S45/ SAE1045, EN8D, ST 52, SAE4140, 16Mn, 20Mn, E355, SAE1020, SUS 304/ 316
Metric OD Size: 6 mm -1000 mm Inch OD Size: OD 1/ 4" to 20" .
Chrome Thickness: 20 TO 40 Micron (or according to customer' s request)
Surface Roughness: Ra < 0.4 Micron
Tolerance: ISO f7 on the diameter
Ovality: Half of the tolerance ISO f7
Straightness: < 0.2 mm/ m
Package: Anti rust oil on material and packed first by hard paper tube then in wooden case.
Also Induction Hardened Bar can be supplied.
