We are supplying the following copper alloy materials:
1.High thermal conductivity materials
Name of products:
Copper alloy plate, raft, belt, rod, foil (Note: We can produce products as per customers’ request).
Technical parameter: Thermal conductivity ≥500Wm-1k-1.
Application field:
It is mainly used for aviation and spaceflight, missile, radar, military industry, high-tech field, thermal exchanger, CPU radiator as well as all thermal conduction and radiating products such as
CPU radiator etc.
2.Electric materials
Name of products:
Copper alloy plate, rod, raft, belt, foil.
Note: We can produce products as per customers’ request.
Technical parameter:
1).Electrical conductivity:＞70%IACS～≥100%IACS;
2).Tensile strength:＞400MPa～700MPa;
3).Soften temperature:＞3000C。
Application field:
It is mainly used for aviation and spaceflight, missile, radar, military industry, high-tech field,
connecting network used for high-speed electric railway, bearing rope and electrical appliance
fittings as well as all kinds of electrical appliance contactors such as high quality switch, relay,
contactor, plug and socket etc.
3. Lead wire frame materials
Name of products:
Copper alloy plate, raft, belt, foil and screw ( Note: We produce products as per customers’
request).
Technical parameter:
1).Thermal conductivity: ≥500Wm-1k-1;
2).Electrical conductivity:＞85%IACS～≥100%IACS;
3)Tensile strength:＞400MPa～700MPa;
4).Soften temperature:＞3000C。
Application fields:
It is mainly used for aviation and spaceflight, missile, radar, military industry, high-tech field,
lead wire frame, IT trades, wave radiating slice of radiator in automobile industry as well as all kinds of radiator of engines, shielded belt, connectors and plugs etc.
4.Pure copper products and common materials
1). Copper conduction plate
Alloy code: T2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for smelt, electrochemistry and electroplate.
2). Wave radiating slice of automobile radiator and special copper alloy foil
Alloy code: TU1 、TU2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for radiator in automobile industry and all kinds of radiators of engines.
3). Oxygen-free copper belt
Alloy code: TU1 、TU2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for electronic industry department.
4). Pure copper belt
Alloy code: T2、 T3。TP1 TP2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for machine manufacture and other industry department.
5). Oxygen-free copper plate
Alloy code: TU1 、TU2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for electronic industry department.
6). Brass belt
A. Alloy code: H62,H65,H68,H80,H90,H96,HSn60－1,HMn58－2.
B. Application fields: It is mainly used for all industry departments.
7).Free-cutting copper rod
Alloy code: Special alloy, C14500、C14510、C14520、C14700.
Application fields: It is mainly used for electronic industry department.
Performance: Special alloy ≥85%～≥100%;
Thermal conductivity: ≥500Wm1k1，C14500、C14510、C14520、C14700, which is carried out
as per standard of Designation：B 301
