4. Features:
A Environmentally friendly: The starch degrades under the circumstances of moulds or bacteria, which weakens the structure of the polymer. As the interaction of the photo-sensitizer and the peroxide produced in the process of natural oxidation, the plastic molecular chain breaks and the molecular weight lessened. Finally it degrades into matters that do no harm to the environment.
B. Products texture: no lustrous reflexion, better flexibility, easier for printing.
C. Ideal additive: No stimulation, innoxious, exquisite, good plastizing, regular granule.
D. Disperse: Good flow property.
5. Processing instruction: Adding ratio is 3%-5% recommended. Good processibility, no change of processing facilities. Processing temperature can be adjusted according to processing facilities. If the masterbatch absorbs moisture, it’s necessary to dry it or add Greenplas plastic anti-foam agent ONG4350.
6. Storage and Packing: Outer package is paper-poly bag, inner package is poly bag; net weight is 25-kg, keep in dry, cool, clean place with good ventilation, protect from sunlight, rain and do not damage the package.
