2. Price
a) Spot delivery basis
12,500 MT - USD 242 / MT CIF ASWP
25,000 MT - USD 237 / MT CIF ASWP

b) 12 month contract basis
12,500 MT x 12 months - USD 222 CIF ASWP
25,000 MT x 12 months - USD 215 CIF ASWP

* In case of Urea Granular type required, please add USD 10 / MT to the prices offered

3. Origin; Ukraine /Russia - Sellers option

4. Specification: As per international standard requirement. Specification will be sent to buyer in draft contract after getting buyers documents

5. Payment terms: Irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, revolving (for 12 month contract), LC at sight, issued by world top 50 bank

6. Packing: 50 Kg bag

6. Delivery time: 30-45 days after receiving buyers payment instrument.

7. Procedures:
a) LOI, BCL or ICPO with full bank data and soft probe authorization from Buyer
b) Draft contract from Seller
c) Both parties negotiate, agree and sign the draft contract
d) Final hard contract exchanged by both parties
e) Buyer opens non-operative LC (payment instrument) to sellers bank
f) 2% Performance Bond and POP from Sellers bank to Buyers bank, PB will activate non operative LC
g) Delivery commences

Validity: 3 working days from soft offer date.

If you accept the above soft offer details, you are required to send us official LOI, BCL or ICPO with full bank data and soft probe permission on your official letterhead with signature and stamps.
