PU Rods(cast polyurethane elastomer)
Descriptions and application:
They could be solid as well as hollow. The PU Rods are mainly used as Spring and Punch Mould functioning buffering or damping parts. As elastic parts, they are mainly used in the punching machine and other similar machines. They could not only protect the equipments but also assure the quality of the moulds. PU Rod also widely used in other industries.
Specification:
Dia: 10mm-300mm Length: 300mm (Dia: 8mm-300mm), 500mm (Dia: 18mm-300mm) and 1000mm(Dia: 30mm-300mm) Hardness: 78A-85A or above 85A Color: Natural Color or Red, Black or any color as per your requirements.
Material: Polyester or Polyether, PTMG.
PU Sheet
Descriptions and applications
They are mainly polyether type one. They are widely used in Electronic Industry, Ceramic industry, Machinery Manufacture, Machine Processing etc. PU sheet with anlistatig performance could be used in Electronic and Electric production lines.
Thickness: 0.5mm-15mm, above 15mm-60mm
Size: 1000*41000mm (Thickness 1mm-10mm); 1000*1000mm ( Thickness 15mm-60mm) 500*500mm
Hardness: 78A-85A or 85A-90A
Color: Natural Color or Red, Black ect colors
Material: Polyester or Polyether
