Our (Group) company has modernized standard factory building over 10,000㎡, which has been equipped with advanced vacuum smelting furnace, vacuum annealing furnace, extrusion press, drawing, horizontal continuous casting machine of 500kg, preliminary roller, secondary roller and fine roller. The company has developed several High-new materials through adding trace rare element and rare metals (see Table 2 ) on the basis of oxygen free copper or pure copper base raw materials such as CPU high radiating material (Thermal conductivity: ≥500Wm-1K-1); Electric contact materials(Electrical conductivity: 102% ~ 104%IACS); High conduction medium tensile strength, Medium conduction high Tensile strength, Lead wire frame materials(Electrical conductivity: 75 %~ 104%IACS; Tensile strength: 400MPa～700Mpa). Above-mentioned materials have corrosion-resisting, high tough, high elastic, high soften temperature, free-cutting and free welding characteristic. Successful development and utilization of these
materials will be a technological reverlution of aviation, spaceflight, high-speed electrification, high-tech fields etc.
At the same time, the company has established IS01400 Environmental Control System. It can
produce all kinds of high quality of products with high performance and different specification

1. High thermal conductivity materials
Characteristic: Thermal conductivity: ≥500Wm-1k-1.It has high corrosion-proof and high arc extermination ability.
Application fields:
It is mainly used for aviation and spaceflight, missile, radar, military industry, high-tech field, thermal exchanger and radiator materials of automoble industry as well as CPU radiator etc.

It is mainly used for aviation and spaceflight, missile, radar, military industry, high-tech field,
connecting network used for high-speed electric railway, bearing rope and electrical appliance
fittings as well as all kinds of electrical appliance contactors such as high quality switch, relay,
contactor, plug and socket etc.

3. Lead wire frame materials
Characteristic: Electrical conductivity: ＞75%IACS～≥103%IACS;
Tensile strength: ＞400MPa～700MPa;
Soften temperature: ＞3000C. It has high corrosion-proof and high arc extermination ability.
Application fields:
It is mainly used for aviation and spaceflight, missile, radar, military industry, lead wire frame of

high-tech field. Meanwile, it can used for wave radiating slice of radiator in automobile industry, all kinds of radiator of engines, shielded belt, connectors and plugs etc.
Specification of products:
Copper alloy plate, raft, belt, foil and screw ( Note: We produce products as per customers’
request. The details is shown as Table 1.

4.Pure copper products and common materials
1). Copper conduction plate
Alloy code: T2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for smelt, electrochemistry and electroplate.
Hot-rolling plate sizes and allowable deviation should be in accordance with stipulation of
Table 2.
2). Wave radiating slice of automobile radiator and special copper alloy foil
Alloy code: TU1 、TU2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for radiator in automobile industry and all kinds of radiators of engines.
Foil belt sizes and allowable deviation should be in accordance with the stipulation of Table 1.
3). Pure copper belt
Alloy code: T2、 T3。TP1 TP2.
Application fields: It is mainly used for machine manufacture and other industry department.
Belt sizes and allowable deviation should be in accordance with the stipulation of Table 1.
4). Brass belt and brass rod
A. Alloy code: H62,H65,H68,H80,H90,H96,HSn60－1,HMn58－2.
B. Application fields: It is mainly used for all industry departments.
C. Belt material, rod size and allowable deviation should be in accordance with the stipulation of Table 1, 2.
5. Free-cutting copper rod
Alloy code: Special copper alloy, C14500、C14510、C14520、C14700.
Application fields: It is mainly used for electronic industry department.
Performance:
Electrical conductivity: ≥85%IACS～≥102%IACS;
Thermal conductivity: ≥500Wm1k1，C14500、C14510、C14520、C14700, which is carried out
as per standard of Designation：B 301
