Properties:
1. Excellent in Mechanical Properties (Endurance, Toughness, Fatigue Life) and equivalent to the high strength Tool Steel;
2. High surface hardness and wear resistance;
3. Excellent in resistant performance when sudden variation between cryogenic heat and shape stability when heat treating
4. Good at being machined
5. High corrosion resistance (equivalent to 316L stainless steel)
6. Metallurgy joint with parent metal, perfect on Anti-stripping Property and anti-seizure property
Field of application
1. parts with high wear resistance and toughness
2. Cold work mould with wear-out failure, for example mould for forming, dressing, flanging, powder metallurgy
during the processing of punching squeezing cold drawing.
3. parts under heavy load or alternate stress
4. parts with complicated shape and can’t be produced by Tungsten Carbide
