Technical characteristics:
No any line-marking for punching of holes; Holes distance & stadia controlled by NC system; High-efficiency & stable workpiece precision.
Punch out two varieties of holes with different diameter while angle passing trough press machine and simultaneously has the marking function.
Actualize punching & marking of fixed-length angles.
Adopt double-pincher angles feeding automatically, and no necessary to hold angles in production.
Easy programming and can directly use the program data generated by lofting software.
Computer with English interface, easy operation, and can display the drawing of workpiece.
Advantages:
Angles feeding is automatically completed by servo motor and double-pincher device which belongs to EVERSHINING company's patent; Automatically complete punching & marking of angles.
The angles line is more excellent than other same machines in the production efficiency, precision and lightening working strength.
Only need operator to input the size of workpiece, diameter of holes, stadia and quantity of workpiece when edit program, or use CAD/CAM easy conversion.
Can actualize punching & marking of fixed-length angles so as to save the materials.
With self-diagnosis failures function.
