Small inside diameter, suitable for high speed operation
Cermet M is oilless bearing material, based
on metal sinter alloy with solid lubricants dispersed. Major element of solid lubricants is molybdenum disulfide. The number of oil-supplying can be reduced remarkably compared with gunmetal bearings.
Self-lubricated and maintenance-free.
Excellent wear resistance where it’s difficult of oil film to be formed in reciprocating, oscillating or intermittent motion.
Further machining allowance available.
Machining allowance of I.D available
Features
Applicable in self-lub state while further improved performance can be attained if lubricant oil is additionally used
Excellent wear resistance at locations where proper oil film is hard to be formed due to reciprocating, intermittent or oscillating motion Available in standard products with various sizes and material for machining
