KD-type sodium hypochlorite generator is an equipment that can produce the disinfectant by electrolyzing
the brine of diluting industrial salt or seawater. Sodium hypochlorite is strong oxidant and disinfector, which can be used to disinfecting the water .It has good bactericidal effect, safe and convenient, with a shorter contacting time.
This equipment is widely used in the sewage treatment works in the hospital, the circulating water treatment works at swimming pools and natatorium, intermediate water treatment works, feeding chlorine for industrial circulating water, and the treatment of industrial waste water with cyanogens. Besides, it can be used to disinfect drinking water, vegetables, fruit, wasting room, ward, blanch the paper pulp and hemp, and disinfect drinking water and living place for the fowl, etc.
A: Its manufactured according to the GB12176-90 standard, all the targets have reached the A level of national standard.
B: Adopting PLC program control and sequencing batch principle of operation, preparing 10g/l sodium hypochlorite disinfectant batch after batch till the finished products is filled with the box.
The automatic control steps are as follow:
1) Check the liquid level of finished product case
2) If it is not full, switch on the salt water pump and fill the electrolysis bath with salt water.
3) Then, switch off the pump, and start a constant current and voltage electrolysis for 60-90 minutes.
4) When time's over, switch on the power valve of the downing liquid, the finished disinfectant flow into the case.
5) Then, the positive and negative poles would be rotate automatic.
6) Repeat all the steps for 1-5 till the finished product case is full, then, the equipment would stop automatically.
C: It is generated by the non-membrane electrolysis of the common salt water, the request of the turbidity is not strict.

A: hospital sewage treatment
It can treat the hospital sewage which the scale of the hospital is 50-1000 sheets of bedspaces, the fees of treatment is 0.11RMB per one ton water.
Main technical parameters:
chlorine feeding: the amount of polyclinic sewage feed according to the 25-30g/t.The contacting time is longer than 1 hour. The standard of lazaretto is 35-40g/t, the contacting time is longer than 1.5 hour.
B: Disinfection of tap water and drinking water
The Scale is 10-5000t/h (ton per hour).The type selection of equipment is according to the amount and flow rate of the clarified water pump, the treatment fee is 0.0085RMB per one ton water.
Add chlorine: 1.5g/t(tap water and drinking water)
After 30 minutes contacting time, the chlorinity mustn't be lower than 0.3mg/L.The chlorinity in the dead end of the distribution network should be higher than 0.05mg/L.
C: Water treatment of the swimming pools
