Appearance:White or light yellow solid
Assay:≥90%
Solubility(at 20℃):In water approx.38%(very low in alcohols)
Concentration in the bath:0-100mg/L
Storage condition:Stored in cool and dry place
Main application: SPS is used as a brightening agent in acid copper baths for decorative and functional deposits (i.e. printed circuited boards). SPS is functionally compatible with most components of typical copper bath formulations, such as non-ionic surfactants, polymeric amines and other mercapto compounds. An additional combination with dystuffs is also possible. Very good results are obtained if used together with DPS and EXP 2887.
