Henan Xingbang Iron&Steel Co., ltd Limited supply as specialist of 11MnNi5-3(09MnNiDR), produce according to EN10028-4:2003, The plates are intended primarily for use in welding low temperature pressure vessels.

1.Thickness*width*length:5-160mm*1500-3900mm*3000-18000mm
2.Adopting standards:EN10028-4:2003
3.General Requirements for Pressure Vessels:EN10028-1, EN10163-2 B2
4.Supplied in the as-rolled condition:Normalized or N+T (normalized and tempered)or Q+T(quenched and tempered)
5.Chemical composition:
c≤0.14, p≤0.025, s≤0.015, mn=0.70- 1.50, si≤0.50, ni=0.30-0.80
6.Mechanical property:
50<T≤80 Yield strength≥265MPa, Tensile strength≥ 420-530MPa, Elongation min, %≥24%
7.Impact energy:-60°C≥27J(transverse), -60°C≥40J (longitudinal)
8.Ultrasonic test:EN10160-1999 S0E2 or S1E2 or S2E2
9.HIC test in accordance with EN 10229
10.Delivery time:30-60 days
11.Payment term:T/T or L/C
