Our hot melt adhesive films are widely used in embroidery, and they are better stabilizer for free standing embroidery patches, badges, and many other related items. We have following specifications of our products:

Size Available: Thickness: 0.08/0.10/0.12/0.15/0.18 mm
Width: 48 cm
Melting Temperature: 120-150 degree centigrade (depends on the thickness and material of the items you want to glue).
Application:
1. Iron on the hot melt on the back of the embroidery patches (please note: DO NOT REMOVE THE SILICONE RELEASE PAPER ON THE BACK OF THE ADHESIVE FILM IN THIS STEP).
2. Tear off the silicone release paper, put the embroidery patch which is already attached adhesive film onto the garment, heat it again, then the patch will be tightly glued to the garment.
