for High-Yield-Strength, Quenched and Tempered Alloy Steel Plate, Suitable for Welding
1. Steel Grade:
A 203 Grade A, A 203 Grade B, A 203 Grade D, A 203 Grade E, A 203 Grade F
2. Specification:
Maximum Thickness:
A 203 Grade A, B: 150mm
A 203 Grade D, E F: 100mm
Width: 1500mm to 4020mm
Length: 3000mm to 18000mm

4. Heat Treatment
All plates of Grades A, B, D, and E shall be normalized.
All plates of Grade F shall be heat treated by heating into the austenitic range, quenching in water, and tempering at not less than 1100 F [595 C] for not less than half hours.
The steel shall be killed
5. Chemical Composition and property.
A: Chemical detail of each grade see A 203/A 203M-97
B: Property in the following:
Tensile strength : min 450-515Mpa
Yield Strength : min 255-345Mpa
Elongation : 17-21%
6. Mechanical Requirements
Tension Test Requirements: it should conform to the requirements of Tensile properties.
Impact Test Requirements:
Grade F plates shall be impact tested, Plates of Grades A, B, D, and E shall be Charpy V-notch impact tested 27J.
8. Application Fields: This specification2 covers nickel-alloy steel plates intended primarily for welded pressure vessels.
9. Trade Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, CNF.
10. Payment Terms: T/T, 100% Irrevocable at sight L/C
11. Delivery Time: 30-35days
12. Services of Steel: Cutting Welding, Painting, Ball blast and others processing according to customers requirement.
