Agglomerated acid flux for welding of low carbon steel and low alloy steel in combination with appropriate SAW wire (such as EL8, EM12. EM12K). Based on constant alloying vector with Si and Mn, the SJ501 can be used for many applications ranging from resistance to porosity to resistance to cracking Especially applied to the double-layer with single pass weld and fillet weld.
