The pendant of this necklace is a column made from Tibetan silver. The column is inscribed with the "Eight Auspicious Symbols" which are central to the Tibetan belief system. The eight auspicious symbols are:
(1) The conch shell
(2) The lotus
(3) The wheel
(4) The parasol
(5) The endless knot
(6) The golden fishes
(7) The victory banner
(8) The treasure vase. The pednant is suspended from a necklace of durable black cord. NB. This item is made from Tibetan silver. Tibetan silver is an alloy of silver and other metals.
The content percentage is approximately 20% silver and 80% copper/steel. This item is not made from 925 Sterling.
