PLC of the machine enables the operator to run and control the machine with designed program. The speed is CVT adjusted. Electronic device supervises the wire arrangement. Belt communication helps control the tension of wire. 5.7 inch LED touch screen helps you set or adjust parameters. 15 models (processes), forged body tank, ceramic pulley, with self cooling lubricating tank, used for huge volume double taper spoon, and production of stainless steel wire or resistance wire. Output wire speed: 5-16mm/sec, minimum wire diameter: 0.018mm
