Product Description:
ET-400HR Tool Presetter
Easson ET-400HR Tool Presetter is specially designed for improving the efficiency
of CNC machining center, mainly used for measuring the tool coordinate position in CNC machine, machining center and flexible manufacturing cell. It has the advantages of easy-operating and high precision, the whole presetting process does not need to be done on CNC machine, so greatly reduce the damage to the workpiece and avoid the difficulty and risk of making tool setting directly on machines, also satisify the high efficiency, high accuracy and repeatability requirements of CNC machine and machining center. Besides, ET-400HR Tool Presetter is easily to be operated, very cenvenient and fast, so it highly remedy the serious shortage of testing the tool size by CNC machine, develop the advantages of CNC machines, and greatly improve the working efficiency of people.

Directly Measure the R of Tool (R=0.5R; 1R;1.5R; 2R; 2.5R; 3R; 4R; 5R; 6R; 7R; 8R; 9R;10R)
Directly Measure the Angle of Tool (θ=2°30´; 5°; 7°30´; 10°; 12° 30´; 15°...)
Structure:
1)The main structure includes:
High precision granite table as the base, vertical column, precision ball screw drive, precision linear slideway guidance, optical projection system, standard bar, BT 40, BT 50, HSK, printer etc
2) Digital Measuring System: includes linear scale of R and L direction (Interior of R, L rotating), transfer the geometric displacement to digital signal and send to data processing system, then the data will be displayed by digital readout.

* Measure and preset the radial value and length of tool
* Set zero coordinate
* Set linear compensation and section compensation
* Geometrical measurement: point, line, circular arc, circular, point to line measurement, two lines intersecting angle
* Set axis direction
* Transfer between BT 40 and BT 50, or BT 50 and HSK 63/80
* Storage tool data of 000~999 sets
* Transfer between in/mm
* Printout the measuring data if necessary
