It is mainly used for grinding mineral products in metallurgical industry, building, chemical industry, mine, and etc. And it also can grind all kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive minerals Moh’s hardness is lower than 9 and humidity is lower than 6%. The size of the final products can be adjusted as required. Superiorities:
Compared with the traditional Vertical grinding mill, TGM Series SUPER PRESSURE TRAPEZIUM GRINDING MILL has six superiorities:
1, The rollers and rings are designed in inverted trapezium, which reduces the slip velocity of the material, prolongs the time for grinding, increases the grinding efficiency.
2, This machine adopts pressure spring balanced adding pressure, which enables the Force Point increased 40%. Damping can be realized through the resilient joint, which can still avoid resonance.
3, Being equipped with the high density vane of the finer powder collector to increase the powder fineness, under the same rotational speed, the capacity of the final powder can be increased 50%.
4, The high-efficient energy-saving centrifugal induced wind fan is available. The efficiency of the impact vane of air blower in the traditional grinding mill is only 62%, but the energy conservation impeller and the vane induced wind fan is 85%.
5, The patent impeller adjuster: the size of the gap between the tip of the separator vane and the shell can be easily adjusted to get the powder fineness.
6, The unique design of the air flue inclining to the inside, this can enable the material in the wind falling into the grinding room along with the slope.
This machine mainly consists of Main frame, Powder Collector, Decelerator, Air Blower, Bag Dust Catcher, Piping System, Cyclone Collector, Motors. And other provided equipments are Jaw crusher, Hopper Elevator, Feeder, Electric Control Cabinet, and etc.
