Tsa Sewage Pumping Stations

TSA sewage pumping stations can be used in sewerage and pressurized systems. Due their advantages, they are particularly recommended to be used in:
- intermediate pumping stations with very diverse density of collected sewage,
- places, where high delivery head is necessary,
- sewerage systems, where liquid contains much dragged materials, e.g. in hospitals, hotels, leisure centres etc.
- near largely populated areas.
The sewage pumping stations manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. consists of:
- cumulative tanks,
- distribution tank,
- two separators,
- two or more high efficiency pumps with channel impellers,
- hydraulic fittings, i.e. flanges, T-pipes, elbows, ball check-valves, connectors, knife gate valve etc.
- ultrasonic level meter,
- protection-and-control unit.
The structure of the pumping station ensures easy access to its main elements (pump, separator) in order to convey periodic inspections and repairs, without necessity to stop the station for a longer period of time.
Main advantages of TSA sewage pumping station manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A.:
- reduced to minimum number of failure situations that consist in clogging of pumps by solid matters included in sewage (long and dragged),
- minimized risk of pump hydraulic system damage (separation of solid matters before the pump),
- using high efficiency pumps allows to use motors of lower power,
- the fact that the pumping station is enclosed in dry chamber significantly improves comfort of maintenance and repair works,
- costs of repairs and service are lower comparing to conventional pumping stations,
- smaller capacities of storage reservoirs prevent sewage decay and generation of odours (more frequent pump start-ups),
- pumping station can be optionally supplied together with a chamber to install it in,
- the structure of the pumping stations manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. allows to apply “shallow” installation.
