Tungsten and Molybdenum Boats
Material Pure Molybdenum ( Mo 99.95% min );
Pure tungsten ( W 99.95% min );
Using temperature Mo Crucible for 900 - 1200 DC;
W/Mo alloy crucible for 1100 - 1400 DC;
W crucible for 1200 - 1600 DC.
Process 1) Sintering - tooling,
2) Forging - tooling,
3) rivet and weld.
4) punch.
Application Sapphire growth, glass and crystal producing, vacuum plating, rare earth industry.
Typical Products :
Molybdenum crucible O.D.380 mm max, Wall: 0.5 - 15 mm.
Molybdenum boat According to the user's drawing.
Molybdenum box According to the user's drawing.
Tungsten crucible O.D.380 mm max, Wall: 2 - 15 mm.
W / Mo Alloy Crucible O.D.380 mm max, Wall: 2 - 15 mm.
