1.2. Design Of The Press The Press Is Designed As Twin Column Push Down Press Powered With Hydraulic Cylinders
1.2.1. Frame
Frame Of The Press Is Welded Construction Which Ensures Maximum Strength Even By Eccentric Forging. It Consists From Crown, Two Uprights And Bed.
We Reach The Necessary Strength Of The Frame With Pre-stressed Tie Rods. Tie Rods Are Prestressed On 250 % Of Maximum Force Of The Press. All Welding Parts Are Heat-treated And Stress Relieved.
All Parts Of The Construction Are Machined And Controlled With Special Measuring Machines.
They Are Designed To Ensure The Maximum Control For Press Operator.
Hydraulic Cylinders For Return Stroke Are Assembled In The Uprights, Which Will Eliminate Any Possibility Of Damaging.
In Each Upright Are Two Tie Rods For Better Deflection In Transverse Direction.
