4.1. Electric And Electronic Controls

The Complete Electric Control Is Physically Divided In Electric

Controls Where The Power Supply With Transformer Unit, Hydraulic

Pumps Motors Supply And Other Relay Logic Is. This Part Is Installed

Away From The Second Part - Electronic Controls And Is Positioned As Near As Possible To The Hydraulic Aggregate For Shorten The Motor Cable Distances. Electronic Controls Are Installed In Air Conditioned Room. They Consist Of The Several Plc Controller Of The Branch Simatic S7-400. One Controller Is For The Press, One Is For Each Manipulator. Their Data Interface Is On Profibus Level, Where Local Interfaces Of Each Plc Controller Are On Profibus Dp Level.the Upper Level Of Control Is Done With Computer Added Forging (caf) Program Which Runs On At Least One Pc Station. This Station Is Also Human – Machine Interface (hmi) With Al Necessary Data For The Operator Or Maintenance To Control And Observe The Complete Forging Line. Pc Station Is Coupled To The Factory Net Over The Ethernet Interface.

6.3.2. Personnel Services

The Seller Shall Supervise The Of The Machines And Services Of Its Supply.

6.3.2.1 Logistic Requirements For Our Personnel On The Work Site

To Enable Our Supervisors To Work Properly, The Following Should Be Put At Their Disposal:

A) A Fully Furnished Office Located In The Vicinity Of The Place Of Work Fitted With A Telephone/fax Where Our

Main Office Can Be Called From.

B) Heated Dressing Rooms Located Near The Office And Complete With Lockers, Cold And Hot Water Showers, W.c.

C) Some Technical Staff Of The Buyer.

6.3.2.2 Personnel’s Rate For Services Exceeding The Scope Of

Supply

If The Buyer Requires Our Technicians` Services For A Period Longer Than That Stated In This Offer, Or If Should Be Any Delay Depending On Buyer Reason, Then Our Personnel’s Services Will Be Charged At The Time When Such Services Are Rendered.

6.3.2.3. Various Expenses
