60D (66dtex) filament yarn
120D (132dtex), 150D (165dtex) filament yarn
200D (220dtex) filament or twisted yarn
Typical Applications:
Ultra Fine & Strongest Fishing Lines
Ultra Fine & Strongest Kite Lines
Ultra Fine & Strongest Parapenting Lines
Ultra Fine & Strongest Sewing Threads
Ultra Fine & Strongest Bow Strings
*about 4-5 times thinner than nylon monofilament
*only 0.12mm when braiding fishing line with 60D
*greater control, less risk of line breaking
Relational Standard Types:
400D (440dtex) filament or twisted yarn
600D (660dtex) filament or twisted yarn
Typical Applications:
Anit stab gloves
Mix glove liner with glass, nylon or other fibers
*unaffected by water or detergents
*highly resistant to abrasion, cutting, tearing and UV
Relational Standard Types:
1600D (1760dtex) filament or twisted yarn
1200D (1320dtex) filament or twisted yarn
800D (880dtex) filament or twisted yarn
Typical Applications:
Offshore Positioning Ropes, Towing Ropes
Commercial Fishing Ropes, Marine (Mooring) Ropes
Yachting Ropes, Safety Slings, Arborist Lines
*unaffected by water or detergents
*as strong as wire rope but about 10% of the weight
*has a low elongation to break, good resistant to UV
*highly resistant to abrasion, cutting, tearing
