Product Description:
Uniaxial tension plastic geogrid, is formed from polymer by extrusion, and then vertical stretching,
this is a oval and uniform network structure with holistic formation(Figure A), with considerable high tensile strength and tensile modulus geogrid, this structure provides the ideal chains to the soil. (Figure B)
The product, of high tensile strength (> 150MPa), suitable for all kinds of soil, all performance is better than the non-stretch geotextile, is an ideal material of reinforcement.
Usages：
Uniaxial tensile plastic geogrid is a kind of material with high-strength structural, suitable for the strengthen embankment of highway, municipal road, railway, aircraft runway.
1, enhanced subgrade, can effectively distribute load, improve the stability and foundation bearing capacity and service life;
2, to prevent subgrade deformation, even break caused by the loss of subgrade material;
3, can withstand greater changes in load;
4, suitable for all kinds of soil, no remote drawn, saving time and labor; and the construction is simple and quick.
Suitable for the earth retaining wall project of road and rail and river shore reinforcement.
1, can improve the bearing capacity of retaining wall; reduced by 1 / 2 of the area;
2, extend life, reduce maintenance costs
For strengthening the dykes of river and sea:
1, can be made into stone cage, and then used with the grid, more effective in preventing erosion caused by sea water dam collapse;
