This Mill Converts Ingots To Slabs By Successive Passes Through The Mill Stand.

In The Automatic Mode, A Sequencer Will Run The Main Mill, Edger, And Associated Tables, And Will Send Position References To The Mill Screw Down, Edger Adjust, Manipulator Side Guides And Finger Lift.

The Mill Operator Can Select Automatic Manipulation, Or Can Perform These Operations Manually.

The Separating Force Generated By The Horizontal Mill Stand Is 11,000,000 Lbs And By The Vertical Edger Is 2,000,000 Lbs.

Gear Ratio For The Horizontal Mill Stand Is Direct And For The Edger Is 1.256:1.

This Mill Is Available For Immediate Inspection And Delivery.
