Used 6te Frisse Chocolate Conche
The Frisse Duc Consists Essentially Of The Following Components
- For Reception And Mechanical Processing Of The Chocolate Mass (trough)
- For Temperature Control
- For Deaeration
- For Emptying
- For Sampling
- For Control And Power Supply
The Basic Machine Is A Three-cylinder-vessel Jacketed For Cooling Or Heating With Water. The Three Cylindrical Compartments Are Arranged Horizontally And In Parallel, The Two Outer Ones Having A Smaller Diameter. Three Shafts Equipped With Beaters And Scrapers For Kneading, Conveying, Mixing And Shearing Of The Chocolate Mass And Designated Rotors Are Likewise Installed In Parallel In These Three Compartments. The Shaft Bearings Are Sealed By Glands Operating On The Air-grease Lubrication System. The Three Rotors Are Caused To Rotate In Synchronism Via A Helical Gear Running In Oil, The Outer Rotors Rotating In The Opposite Direction To The Inner Ones And The Scrapers Transiently Overlapping And Thus Producing The Double Overthrow Typical Of Frisse Conches.
