Used Colomac Mill - Complete Gold Processing Plant
The Colomac Mill Extracted Gold And Some Silver From Low-grade Open Pit Ore At A Rate Of Approximately 10,000 Tons/day Through The Use Of Conventional Whole Ore Cyanidation Coupled With Carbon In Pulp Extraction. The Gold Contained Within The Ore Was Free Milling And Did Not Require Pre-roasting Prior To Cyanidation. The Overall Milling Process Can Be Divided Into The Following Individual Circuits:
Crushing Circuits: Primary & Secondary
Wet Grinding: Sag & Ball Mills
Reagent Addition: Cyanide, Lime, Caustic, Acid, Flocculant
Leacing / Cyanidation:
Recovery (carbon In Pulp): Carbon Loading, Carbon Stripping, Carbon Regeneration, Electrowinning & Refining
Utilities: Plant Water, Compressed Air & Fuel
