Product Passage Scheme:
The Rubber In Pieces Is Loaded Onto The Hopper And Enters The First Stage Of The Head Where It Is Triturated By A Series Of Blades With Large Toothing. From The First Stage, The Rubber Drops Down To The Second Stage Where It Is Triturated By A Series Of Blades With Finer Toothing. From The Second Stage, The Rubber Drops To The Third Stage Where It Encounters Two Rollers With Fine Helicoidal Teeth, With A Variable Pitch, Which Cuts The Pieces Being Processed Into Even Smaller Pieces. From The Third Stage, The Rubber Enters The First Mill Through A Side Path, Crossing It Sideways Passing Through A Series Of Blades, Undergoing Initial Coarse Granulation During This Stage.
From The First Mill, The Material Enters The Transporter Featuring The Deferizzer Which Separates The Iron From The Rubber To Offload It From The Machine Through Its Belt. The Granulated Rubber Follows Its Path In The Transporter, From Which It Is Conveyed To The Archimedes' Screw Which Sends It Upwards Before Offloading It In The 4th Stage Of The Head. In This Stage, The Rubber Encounters Two Rollers With Fine Helicoidal Toothing And Undergoes Further Reduction Of Granules Before Dropping Straight Down Into The Second Mill. Continuing Its Path, The Material Crosses The Second Mill Passing Through A Series Of Blades And Undergoing Further Trituration.
From The Second Mill, The Material Enters The Sieve Where It Continues As Follows: The Finer Sieved Part Passes Through The Deferrizer And Drops Into Archimedes' Screw To Continue The Cycle; The Coarser Unsieved Part Is Sucked In By The Secondary Cyclone Through Duct 7 That Recycles It Through The Star Valve And Duct 10 As Far As The First Mill. The Deferrizer Removes The Remaining Finer Metal Particles And Offloads Them From The Machine.
The Conveyor Collects The Material Sucked In By The Main Cyclone Which Offloads It Through The Star Valve. It Is Equipped With Coarse Mesh To Hold Back The Textile Fibers (hairs) Which Are Already Separated And That Are Taken In By The Sleeve Filter Through The Duct Equipped With A Valve To Adjust Suction. The Coarser Part Drops Into The Conveyor, Through Duct 9, To Be Treated Once Again. The Rubber, In Larger Granules, Is Taken In Once Again By Cyclone Through Duct 7 To Return To The First Mill; The Finer Rubber, Sieved By The Conveyor Sieve, Continues As Far As The Deferrizer.
The Rubber In Granules, From Which The Iron And A Small Part Of The Textile Fiber Has Been Removed, Ascends On The Other Side Of The Machine To Conveyor Through Archimedes' Screw. When The Material Is Not He Conveyor, We Have Two Possibilities: To Offload The Whole Product Through Valve Va From Duct C, Or To Continue The Sieving Cycle
