Used: Diaper Recycling System. Consists Of The Following 3 Sections: 1.hytrol Conveyor Feed Belt, 48” Wide, Built Into A Frame To Support The Weight Of A Diaper Bale, Powered By A 3/4 Hp Dc Motor, Input Power Is 120 Volt Ac Which Is Converted By A Dc Controller, Speed Of Belt Is Controlled By The Dc Controller Which Also Has Reverse. 2.fluffer Picks The Diaper Material Off The Feed Belt And Runs It Through A Set Of Flail Hammers, The Hammers Work To Fluff Up The Material And Loosen Any Cellulose Fiber Which May Be Stuck To The Plastic Film, The Material Is Lifted Off The Feed Belt By A 48" Belt Which Runs Vertically, After The Material Is Run Through The Hammers, It Is Augered To A Blower Which Blows The Material Through A 6" Pipe To The Separator, 460 Volt, 3 Phase Power, Vertical Belt Runs On A 5 Hp Motor, Flail Hammers And Blower Runs On A 10 Hp Motor, Machine Is 9 Ft. Wide And 8 Ft. High, Overall Length With Feed Belt Is 19 Ft. Long. 3. Separator Spins The Cellulose Fiber Through A Cylinder Made From Expanded Metal, The Plastic Film Stays Inside The Screen And Is Blown Out Of The Bottom Of The Machine, Runs On 460 Volt, 3 Phase Power, 5 Hp Motor, Machine Is 14 Ft. High And 6 Ft. Wide.
