Product Description:
Used industrial immersion washers
Bowden Industries Liquid Turbo-Charger parts cleaning system. The
system consist of (4) 325 gallon insulated tanks for a total capacity of 1300 gallons. Each tank has a 2" drain and 1.5" inlet that feeds a pipe that evenly feeds water through out the tank. The tanks also have a 5 hp agitator with a 9" stainless steel 3 bladed prop that sets 13" off the bottom. There is also a set of 6 heating coils in each tank. The tanks have a stainless steel partition attached to the lid to protect the agitator and heating elements. The lid has spring assist for ease of opening. Each tank is also equipped with a Fill-Trek filter system. The system consist of a 5 hp centrifugal pump one pressurized(150 psi @ 200f) basket filter and one atmospheric basket filter. The baskets on each filter are 6.5" diameter x 14" tall. The tanks have an interior dimension of 48" l x 48"w x 34" tall. With the partition down the parts loading capacity is 48" l x 36"w x 34" deep. The overall dimension of the system are 204" long x 70" w x 60" t with the carbon steel stand. Requires 230 vac 3 ph electrical supply. Good Condition. Ask about SPC 5216.
