Dear Sirs,
We are pleased to offer the following machines. All machines are in excellent condition and can run cotton, synthetic, rayon or mix. Machines can be used for traditional textile production as parts of blowroom or complete blowroom. Machines can also without any problem be used within the non-wovens industry as opening, cleaning and blending prior to carding.

Complete blowroom for cotton, synthetic, rayon or mix, capacity 1200 kgs/hr consisting of;
01 Hollingsworth Optomix, ww: 2150, rail length 21 meters, 50 bales per side, for opening and processing of all kinds of
staple fibres, cotton, synthetic and rayon. Actually capable of feeding three separate cleaning lines.
02 Hollingsworth LCB laydown cross blender, ww: 2500 mm, with AFS/T travelling airfibre separator. The crossblender
blends fibres from a large number of bales simultaneously while also creating a fiber reserve
02 Hollingsworth WRZ roller cleaner, ww: 1250 mm, max 600 kgs/hr production. Pre-cleaning of fibres while continously
extracting trash and dust. Suitable for both short- and long –staple fibres.
02 Centrifair XL540 5 cylinder cotton step-cleaner, capacity 1000 kgs/hr.
02 Hollingsworth MTO micro-tuft opener, ww: 1500 mm
02 Sweep-Jet cotton cleaner and de-dusting machine, max capacity 1000 kgs/hr
02 Hollingsworth HF6012V hopper-feeder complete with FF1500 flockfeeder
Complete with all electrical panels, fans and blowers.

fibres with maximum staple length of 120 mm. Integrated AFS-T fiber feeding unit. Max capacity 1500 kgs/hr. 30 cubic
meters storage capacity.

Type: XL-540 Width: 1500mm YOC: 1991 EL: 380/3/50
Cotton step-cleaner with 5 beating points, capacity 900 kgs/hr. External adjustable grid sections. Complete with reserve
feeding unit. For the removal of dust, light trash and heavy foreign matter.
Code: 109-0031 1 x KMTEX Fine Opener
Type: Sweep-Jet Width: 1500mm YOC: 1991 EL: 380/3/50
Fine opener and dustremover (Dustex). Max capacity 900 kgs/hr, removes up to 33% microdust at the open-end rotor.
Removal of fine micro-dust from cotton fibres. Complete with suction fan. Also with ionization system to avoid static
electricity on the fibres.
