Valve Testing Bench
JWZ type hydraulic valve test bench is new type JWZ hydraulic
valve test bench designed according to the standard criterion requirements of national GB/T13927-92<<Current valve pressure test>> and ZBJ6006-90<<Valve test and trail>> based on accumulating many yearsí experience in producing valve test equipment technology.
This series test equipment collects hydraulic, motor, trail pressure and liquid medium storage circulation use into one organ withperfect function, stable performance and high degree automatic.
It is widely used for testing the tension, airproof and leakage for nominal DN15-1000mm straightway flange and screws to connect various high, middle and Iow-press,ure valve. The testing medium: air, water, oil. The highest airproof testing pressure is 32.0 Mpa andthe tension is 48.0 Mpa.
The whole course of machine drives by hydraulic pressure and controlled by electric machine, no any outside force affect the testing result to tested valve. It greatly improves the work efficient and reduces the labor tension, is advanced and reasonable valve test equipment for valve manufacturing industry, use and maintenance unit.
Work principle and structure
JWZ type test bench adopts valve flange end face orientation; the active reverse claw will clamp the adverse of flange to work. There is no outside force affect the testing result to tested valve, accords with the valve-testing requirement of national standard.
The structure of this machine is composed of hydraulic system and electric control system, left-right working bench active claw,hydraulic supplying equipment and medium circulation system. The right work bench sets with clamp structure and 90 degree overturn structure, the clamp structure is composed of clamp equipment and radial moving equipment, the clamp equipment of claw adopts cylinder to direct drive to realize every claw under equal force, the clamping is credible. The claw radial moving equipment adopts lever structure to realize radial synchro movement. The left working bench can advance and retreat automatically and with good performance & simple and impact structure. The hydraulic electric control system (Refer to hydraulic and electric principle figure) is installed to the lower bracket, is the Control department of test bench, under the electric unite control to make every structure move conformably to meet the requirements of test procedure.
Use attention and requirement
1、 Installation: check the level of installation or use concrete to fasten root bolt.
2、Choose N32-46# common hydraulic oil, N32-46 # anti-mull hydraulic oil or 20-30 # mechanical oil to pour into the oil tank, the oil volume canít be lower than the lower limit of oil guage.
3、Connect to the electric power, press the start button of oil pump, check the moving direction of electric machine is whether right (Clockwise), after 5-10 minutesí empty loading running, adjust the pressure of oil pump to 5.0Mpa. Check every pipeline is whether leakage, if there is any bad phenomenon please stop the machine rightly.
4、The testing medium: the water has the advantages of convenient and no pollution, so it is widely used. Make sure it wonít rust the tested valve and meets the requirement of testing medium. Add antirust in the water tank or use oil as testing medium.
5、When test the valve, increase pressure adjusting according to the hydraulic clamp system pressure valve of <<Compressed Cylinder Pressure Contrast Sheet>>, prohibit the increased pressure too high and prevent the tested valve distort.
6、Before the hydraulic supplying water pump starts work, adjust the electric connecting pressure table to be same as the pressure of tested valve, then starts work. The casting steel valve canít be hammered, during the test, the operator should use rightly and pay attention to safe, especially notice the pressure of medium canít be too high, after the testing finishes, drain the exterior valve ten relax radial pressure machine.
7、The pressure table of testing equipment should be appraised by local computation department and the qualified certificate should be within validity, the range of pressure table canít be 1.5 times lower than testing pressure, the precision canít be lower than 1.5 grade.
1 The test bench should be kept clean and dry, it is not allowed sundries in the flange of tested valve, and check the O loop is whether damaged.
2Add oil to every active department of test bench, keep using clean lubricant.
3The hydraulic oil should be checked periodic and replace the new equipment on stream, clean the oil tank every 3 month and replace new oil, later clean and replace one time every year, the oil volume canít be lower than the lower limit of oil gauge, the temperature of oil tank canít be exceed 55~C.

1, The clamping kit of tested valve
The type of this test bench adopts not big DIN valve, adjust the left clamping location of the testing machine, put the tested valve to the seal pan center of left clamp working bench, press <Left radial> button, make the pressure claw to the right location of back of flange, press <Left axial lock> button refers to the hydraulic impacted system of the clamp cylinder pressure contrast table
<Pressure increase> PN value, press <Left pressure increasing> button, adjust <Pressure increase adjusting valve>, make the pressure of <Left pressure increasing table>and the DIN, pressure and PH value of hydraulic impacted system of the clamp cylinder pressure contrast table to be same, after make all right, close <Air total switch, gas meter switch and decompress switch>. Open
<Water switch, left inlet> can do airproof test of tested valve.
2, Use method of water pressure and water pump
Adjust the pressure meter of water source electric connecting point, open water pump switch <Low pressure water pump>, fill the interior of tested valve, when the low water pressure meter is 0.5Mpa means it is full, close down the water pump switch <low pressure water pump>. Then press <High pressure water pump> to adjust the supplying pump pressure adjusting valve, <Water supplying pump, hydraulic system decompress valve J-25B> to make the pressure of liquid trail and the tested valve air pro of pressure and pressure meter value of electric connecting point to the same, now the high pressure water pump will be stopped, close down <Total water pump>. Keep the pressure for several minutes, the water pressure meter hasnít reduced, the airproof testing finishes, open <Decompress switch>, drain the pressure in the valve, the <water pressure meter> is zero, relax the tested valve and
do tension test continue.
3, The intension testing clamping kit of tested valve
After finished the airproof testing, do intension test continue, keep left clamping, adjust right testing bench clamping kit, press <Moving bracket> button, move one end airproof pan of bracket to another end of flange of tested valve to crash together, refer to left procedure, clamp right end, and contrast the clamping system pressure of <Clamping cylinder pressure contrast table> to be same
as PS value of <Pressure increasing>, open <Right inlet> tested valve airproof, refers to water pressure and water pump use method, do valve intension test.
4, Air proof testing method of tested valve <Air source users self providing connecting>.
When do airproof test, only do airproof test on left, and revolve left working pan upwards 90 degree, press <Upward button>
button , follow <1> step degree to finish the valve kit, close <Total water switch, decompress switch, right water inlet>. Open <air source switch, gas meter switch>, pour water to another end of tested valve, observe the airproof performance and the bubble in the valve. After test close <Total air switch> and open <Decompress switch>, when the pressure of air pressure meter is zero, discharge the tested valve.
