Vertiacl Machining Center of FMC-1060 is specially designed for industries
that demand high precision,high efficiency applications,such as automotives,
aerospace,electronic,and job shop industries.
The machine is made from Mihana cast iron with great rigidity, toughness,and conduct a effective estimation by finite-element computer which is imported of advanced technology from the west.
The 3-axis are driven by powerful servo motor what directly driven with ball-screw,ensuring easy to drive and best positioning accuracy.
The 3-axis adopt the C3 precision ball-screw of Taiwan,with nut-prepress and screw-prestressing technology to eliminate warmheart change of position in advance.
Machine has the structure of wide pedestal and column, strong bearing ability,good rigidity to insure heavy-loading ability under truning.The pedestal and vertical box form physical with strengthen the internal ribs design advance the strength and rigidity of the structure.
equipped with the fourth axis rotary worktable, the fourth axis can do polyhedral processing and reduce non-processing time for loading and unloading.
with high precise positioning is adopted , though after the long time use, it can still maintain high accuracy.
Spindle rotating part employs high-precision bearings to ensure stability of the running centre.
Minimum split angel is precise and commonly used in the spiral cutting work and sophisticated aerospace industry.
Spindle: 8000 RPM spindle, wide the spindle diameter, P4 class precision bearings, strong axial and radial-bearing ability, high stability, low heat productivity.
The model is designed to go on super high-precision machining. Casts in the main structure are made of high-quality MEEHANITE cast iron, and comprehensive aging treatment is to reduce pressure, extra large pedestal extra wide lambdoidal column structure and the strengthened ribs design
greatly improve the overall structural strength and rigidity.
Special cam drive 24-tool knife-arm automatic tool changer: the tool change time is just 2.2 seconds, the tool weight up to 7 KG, tool change smooth, its maintenance simple.
Knife-arm type mechanism is used to change handy tools bidirectional, which can save non-cutting time, improve efficiency.
