In IMTC Vertical Surface Grinder (with Segmental Wheel) (Mechanical or Hydraulic) all the Castings are manufactured with close grain and seasoned before use for longer life. The main Grinding head is supported by Box type column which gives vibration free revolving movement to the wheel head. A Special Heavy Duty Motor is provided for running the Wheel head. Segmental Grinding Wheel is adjustable and the segments can be replaced easily. The Grinding Wheel is perfectly retreated from any external damage. Longitudinal Table is having perfect guideways. Its V shade helps in getting maximum accuracy and Grinding Finish. Main guideways are automatically lubricated with rollers. Main Table is fully protected with sheet metal covers. All Electrical and Motors conform to ISI standards. The Motors are protected with overload relays and contacts. The Panel Box is enclosed type and fully protected form dust. Best recommended for grinding of all types of Engine Blocks & Heads and Surface grinding of all types of Jobs can be undertaken with the help of Magnetic Chuck.
