Vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel has the common features of diamond and vitrified bond. Compared
with ordinary corundum and silicon carbide grinding wheel, it features strong grinding force, low temperature and small wear. It is suitable for various coolants and has good shape retention and high precision of the workpiece.
There are many pores in the vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel, which are good for chip removal and heat dissipation during grinding. It does not block and not burn the workpiece. The self-sharpness is better, and dressing interval is longer and easy dressing.
Features of vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel:

2. High wear resistance( less consumption of abrasive grains, especially when grinding very hard and brittle workpieces)
