The hardened steel liners we produce for duplex pump Gardner Denver are welcomed by distributors and users of pump parts around the world. The products are made from high quality steel with the bore quenched through middle and high frequency after nitro carbonization. The surface hardness reaches 60 RC and the inner bore’s hardened layer thickness reaches 1.5-1.8 MM, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Our bore quenching technique is in the absolute leading place in the same line. Every year we manufacture a large quantity of mud pump liners for duplex pump Gardner Denver, such as FY-FXD 7-1/2×10，FC-FXX 5×8，
FD-FXX 5×10，FG-FXG 5×6 and so on. Every year more than 12,000 liners of FY-FXD and FG-FXG models are exported to many places in the world. Besides, we produce chromium-plated liners more than 2,000 every year, such as Gardner Denver’s PAH and Gaso. Our product quality has been highly approved by our customers.
