Application: it applied all kinds of electronic wire, computer wire, house wire, communication data wire etc
Be used of separation screw, possessing more extrusion output, good plasticizing feature and very high smooth finish of products. Die head is simple, changed molds and adjusted partial head easily. Extruder and capstan and not only control single, but also control each other. The accumulator is installed to be controlled by synchronization linear tension. We can furnish different specification of pay off stand and take up stand to satisfy different production line. Used of aluminum wire coils, to change the wire coil is quite simply.
1. Extrusion for different kinds of halogen-free material
Model: GT-20, GT-30, GT-40, GT-50, GT-60, GT-70, GT-80, GT-90, GT-100, GT-110, GT-120
Application: it applied all kinds of halogen free electric wire, computer wire, communication data wire etc.
2 .extrusions for chemical foam
Model: GT--CF20+30, GT--CF25+40+30, GT--CF25+30+25
Application: apply for multiple communication cables, data cables, radio-cables, coaxial-cable, RG, JIS etc. core-wire, solid wire extrusion.
For example: IEEE1394, DVI, HDMI, Foam wire.
