Product Description:
NOSEN offers Worm Gear Ball Screw Jacks use the same worm gear set arrangement as acme screw jack. The
additional of a high efficiency ball screw and nut reducers the required input torque to approximately one-third the torque required for the acme screw jacks.
* High speed, high accuracy, high efficiency, high frequently, light load, long life and low noise.
* All versions are designed for both tensile and compressive loads and will operate in any orientation or mounting position.
* Non self-locking function; Braking mechanism is necessary when retaining the position.
* This rolling action reduces friction between the nut and the screw permitting smooth and efficient movement of the load. Because of the greater efficiency and rolling action, the ball screw can operate at higher speeds or increased duty cycle when compared with the acme screw jack. When a ball screw jack is motorized, less horsepower if required than an equivalent size acme screw jacks.
* Translating and Rotating Screw in Upright and Inverted type available.
* 6 models are available, From RNK-0.5ton~RNK-20 ton. Lifting capacities from 0.5 tons to 20 tons.
* Used wherever precisely controlled lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling and rolling movements are required in an efficient and reliable operation. They can be flexibly configured, either being installed as single units, in pairs or multiple jacks systems and can be driven by electric or manually, fully synchronized
* Three reduction ratio are available for each model.
* Ball Screw Diameters16 ~50 mm; Lead 5 ~ 10 mm.
* Accessories:
Spiral bevel gearboxes, hand wheel, electric motor/gear motor/reducer, motor flange, inverter, travelling nut, steel cover, rubber bellows, limited switches, couplings, flexible linking shaft, trunnion base etc.
