* Translating Screw Jack
Turning worm shaft on an internal
worm gear, which in turn drives a lifting screw to extend or retract. As the lifting screw translates through the body of the jack, inherent screw rotation is prevented by an attached load or mounting structure(guidances) that is anchored to resist rotation.
* Translating Screw Jack + Keyed
Some loads do not prevent lifting screw rotation, these applications require a keyed jack. A key, fixed to the jack housing and inserted into a keyway milled into the lifting screw, forces the lifting screw to translate without rotating.
* Rotating Screw Jack
A keyed for traveling nut jack features a lifting screw keyed to the worm gear as a single unit, forcing the lifting screw to rotate, but not translate, A traveling nut, attached to the load, is driven by the rotation of the lifting screw.
Features:
* Loading capacity from 1/2 ton up to 100 tons.
* Standard configurations including upright or inverted units with translating or rotating screws.
* Top plate, threaded, plain ends or clevis ends are available for meeting specific application needs.
* Be used individually or in mutliple jack arrangements for a larger mechanical system.
* Three reduction speed ratios, sush as high, medium and low speeds. high speed is one full turn of the shaft produces a stroke of 1 mm. medium speed is one full turn of the shaft produces a stroke of 0.5 mm. low speed is one full turn of the shaft produces a stroke of 0.25 mm.
* Designed for tensile and compressive loads, and all the models are designed for elevating force, lowering force, pulling force, pressing force, pushing force, rolling force.
* Accurate positioning, self locking without brake, heavy duty, uniform lifting speed, low speed, low efficiency, use unfrequently, low noise, easy installation, compact structure, long life, etc.
* Be operated by hand wheel and electrical motor.
* Anti-backlash and anti-rotation (keyed) options.
* Standard type jack, operation temperature range -20 ℃ ~+80 ℃.
* Complete accessories such as steel cover, rubber bellows, safety nut, limit switches, digital counter, hand wheel, trunnion base, bevel gearboxes, etc .
