WSF618B-LS Draw Heat-setting Winder is our first
generation draw winding machine. This industrial yarn winder is especially designed for sewing threads and other suitable industrial yarns. With this thread winding machine you can improve Elongation, Shrinkage, and Tenacity properties of the yarn. This sewing thread winding machine is form cone to cone. It has a new-designed device to protect the yarn cone from damage. This thread cone winding machine solves several problems in traditional draw process, for example, uneven thickness, strength degradation and incomplete shape.
With our WSF618B-LS Draw Heat-setting Winder, you can get more improvements of yarn. With this sewing thread winding machine, you can ease the yarn tension easily and get good yarns with no loop tendency. This thread cone winding machine can make yarn much straighter. After drawing by this sewing thread winding machine, yarns can have a specific yarn strength and elongation.
