From 2010.07 version xentry, if you use copy star, when you diagnosis 204, 212, 207 use xentry, will
see the Fault (1.17)-7.870 Error. This unpleasant error is a blocked multiplexer.
Contents in your Xentry recognises your multiplexer as a "rouge" multiplexer and refuses to comunicate with it.
We can create a program to unlock your multiplexer. It is specific to your multiplexer.
Install Teamviewer and connect to the internet, you can download Teamviewer for free from here:
We will then connect to your Laptop/PC and fix xentry for you.
