Product Description:
YLSCT-02A is mainly designed for coating, pre-dry of Silver Paste Fixed-Thickness for COLD CATHODE FLUORESCENT
LAMPS (CCFL), its complete process include Input auto line-arrangement, separated input disc, orientation confirmation, Spin Coating(proprietary coating machine), Dipping Drill rotated with 90° Input Fixture Mold (uses vertical way, 30pcs/set), Input Pre-Dry Oven ( The temperature is 100℃, and the period is 30 min, the profile could be modified depend on the different condition), and last to Strip platform for stripping CCFL (connection to high temperature solidification is not the process of YLSCT-02A).
features:
‧ The Ink Container of storing Silver Paste has a designed of Constant Temperature-Control; it can ensure that the condition of coating is stable.
‧ The Coating System uses the design of CAM, the movement is accurate, can be controlled with small volume, and keep the coating quality stable.
‧ The mechanism (CAM) design has high proportion to electric-control design in the whole structure, it can ensure that the performance is stable.
‧ The Fixture Module is developed and created to new structure; it can effectively handle the issue that Colloidal Silver is adhesive on the side of CCFL in the coating.
