ZSW Twin-wire Press
Application:
ZSW series twin wire press is mainly used to remove filler, ash and
ink particles in washing and thickening section of paper industry, to make it suitable for the following heat dispersion device or high consistency refiner. Also it can be used in the latter section of chemical or semichemical pulping to thicken pulp for sale.
Features:
1.It has moderate and gradual dewatering process. Its power consumption is low for the following 4 stages: gravity dewatering zone, wedged dewatering zone, S whirl dewatering zone and press
dewatering zone.
2.Rolls of the twin wire press master are coated with wearproof rubber, so the wearing parts including rubber roll have long service life.
3.The pulp inlet consistency is as low as 3-4%, while pulp outlet consistency is as high as 30-40%.
4.It is suitable for wide range of pulp consistency: 3-15%
5.It is suitable for wide range of pulp kind: waste paper pulp, chemical pulp, APMP, etc.
