Agent Requirements: 1. The trial period of the exclusive Agreement is one year.
2. During the trial period, you have to try your best to promote our EMC/EMI filter into your market, and we will not contact with any other new customers except we have the right to keep our original old customers whose names will be specified on the contact.
3. After this trial period, if both feel satisfied, we can make a formal exclusive Agency Contract.
4. The min. Sales Amount will be discussed between us.
