Vanguard General Trading FZC, Sharjah - United Arab Emirates is Exclusive representative of Sitasia Singapore valve division which has been manufacturing valves since 1998 and offers a comprehensive range of valves for its manufacturing plants in China. A complete package is offered by the Division thus complimenting the Sitasia Singapore Group concept of total package together with the Tube & Piping Division.
The Division has accreditations for ISO 9001, AP Q1, API 6D, BS 6755 and API 607 edition 4 together with several customer and third part approvals (TUV, RINA, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds Register etc)
Design and manufacturing is carried out in accordance with International standards including: API 6A, API6D, ASME, STM, BS, DIN, AFNOR, NF, TEMA, APAVE, NACE.
The manufacturing range included gate, globe, check valves, ball valves, through conduit gate and pressure seal valves, Strainers, incorporating the latest technology in valve design with the emphasis on safety and product quality.
The range of valves is complimented by a wide range of reduction gears.
Materials offered include: carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel, stainless steel, alloys steel, special alloys (duplex, super duplex). A wide variety of trim and seal materials are also offered dependant on the application.
Valves are supplied into petrochemical facilities both on and off shore, power generation plants, water treatment facilities, chemical and fertilizer plants, shipping, food and dairy applications,
