Hydro -Vacuum S.A. is one of the largest, Polish manufacturers of broad range of pumps and pumping systems. Our factory employs nearly 600 employees and manufactures annually about 70 000 pumps and pumping systems. More than 30% of our products are sold to foreign markets of 20 countries. - safety of operation – submerged pumps manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. meet requirements of the European Parliament Directive 94/9/WE (Atex), hence our pumps can be used in sewage treatment stations, with decay processes that generate methane and there is explosion hazard. Sewage pumping stations manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. are certified with civil industry approval.
- comfortable usage – thanks to special design, sewage pumping stations manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A.:
* reduce emission of bothersome smells,
* are easily operated and maintained,
* they minimize the risk of blockage and failure of the intermediate sewage pumping system,
- energy-efficiency – pumping units produced by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. are equipped with energy-saving electric motors and high-efficient hydraulic systems. Particularly interesting are modernised deep-well pump series and newly designed submerged pumps
- equipment automation – pumps manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. can be equipped with UZS type protection-and-control devices, that protect pump motor against damage caused by inappropriate usage or power supply overvoltage. Furthermore, this equipment features automatically controlled pump operation, which is particularly important in case of multipump systems based on deep-well and submerged pumps (hydrophore sets, sewage pumping and intermediate pumping stations).
- wireless communication and monitoring – pumps can be also equipped with UZS type protection-and-control devices with GPRS module, that allows for remote control and track pump operation using computer software supplied by Hydro-Vacuum S.A..
- better parameters of pump operation – series of pump types offered by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. are constantly improved and their field of operation is broadened. This applies specially to FZ type submersible pumps offered by the company that are designed to pump sewage (max. lift of 60 m and
output up to 200 m3/h), NHV type single stage, centrifugal pumps (maximum output of 1900 m3/h) as well as deep-well pumps.
- materials used in individual versions of pumps are ideally adjusted to the pumped liquid.
