Ace CAD software is use for pattern making, grading, file convertion and auto nesting.
Ace CAD software has three functional system:
1. Pattern Design and grading CAD System
Ace CAD software is use for pattern making, grading, and auto nesting.
This system contains fully automatic patterns design, formula Patterns design & free design.
The automatic & formula design model can automatically grade.
The graded pattern can be modified in patterns system without grading again.
Reading graded patterns by digitizer, point grading, line grading, modify patterns and so on.
2. Pattern Format Exchange CAD System
This system has the capacity to import and export files. It can convert files from AAMA DXF,TUKA, Optitex, Gerber, Lectra or vice versa.
3. Pattern Marker CAD System
It can perform auto nesting like any other software.
It can perform automatic or free marking.
It can mark the pattern separately according to the specified type of materials like cotton, leather, wool, etc.
