A Hong Kong Company requires at least ONE shareholder, ONE director, ONE company secretary. The shareholder and director can be the same person or corporation of any nationality. However, the Company Secretary (a legal post) must be a local resident or a local Hong Kong Company. We can act as your Company Secretary.
Corporate Secretary - Responsible for various company secretarial, legal and compliance duties by complying all the regulatory, legal and corporate governance matters under Hong Kong listing requirements; Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings, annual reports, interim reports, circulars and announcements; Liaise and filing with the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department; Liaise with internal and external parties for all company secretary related transactions.
Our Corporate Secretarial Services could include : corporate secretarial work, business licence renewal, arranging business meetings with our Banker, opening a bank account, representative of the company, bookkeeping, auditing, payroll services, tax returns, virtual office - receiving and forwarding mail, emails, small parcels, etc. We also provide the Registered Office Address and/or Virtual Office for you.
With the passport copy and residential address proof of each shareholder and director. We will lodge the application at the Companies Registry on your behalf. The Certificate of Incorporation will be ready in next 4-6 working days. We will prepare all the statutory documents to be signed by you and/or your partners.
