How To Fully Utilize Traderscity Free Import Export Trade Board

Searching for trade leads:
Note that when searching, the used keywords show highlighted in search results.
- Using Search Box: You can use the search box above that appears on all TradersCity pages. Just enter the keywords and click the search button and you will be presented with trade leads that contain any of the keywords. You can also add "*" to the keyword so it can search for all different word combinations; For example entering "Furniture*" will bring up leads that contain Furniture and Furnitures, etc.
- Using Advanced Search: To perform more search options, you can use Advanced Search. In advanced Search you can:
- use AND to define words which must be in the results, OR to define words which may be in the result and NOT to define words which should not be in the result.
- You can also use * as a wildcard for partial matches just as in the search box above.
- You may also select to search leads titles and content or search leads content only or search leads titles only.
- In addition, in Advanced Search, you can specify the specific forum to search (such as Offers to sell only, etc).
- You can define if you would like the results to be displayed as leads titles or as leads titles with preview content for each matching lead.
- You may also Sort search results by Post Time, Post Subject, Author, or by Forum.
- Using Members Profile Search: To limit the search to TradersCity members directory information (business/Product, Occupation/Title, Country, and Website), simply use the search box available in Advanced Search.
Viewing Leads: You can view leads through various ways
- Viewing trade leads via forums: you can view a list of import export offers by visiting different forums linked on every page at top navigation bar (such as Exporting, Importing, Agents Wanted, etc)
- Viewing trade leads for a specific TradersCity Member: you can view a list of import export offers for a specific Trade member by by visiting their profile ( example bdcreations Profile Business Card )
- Viewing trade leads via search results: see "Searching for trade leads" above
- Viewing trade leads via their product photo: on TradersCity main page you will find thumbnails for latest posted products photos. Clicking on any of the photos will take you to their perspective trade lead.
- Viewing trade leads by Products Category: on TradersCity main page and in the upper menu you will find Products By Category section. Leads are grouped based on their type ( agriculture, automobile, chemicals, ...).
- Viewing trade leads by Targeted Countries: in the upper menu you will find Country Targeted Leads section. Leads are grouped based on the countries they are targeting.
Finding Member related information: You can view information related to any member through many ways
- Within a lead: each lead has information about the listing company. At the bottom of each lead you will find; Member name, country, membership date, business focus, email link, website link, profile business card link, and any other information they provided in their signature below their posts.
- Member Profile Business Card listing: each member has a profile page that displays Member name, country, membership date, business focus, email link, website link, phone, fax, mailing address, full list of member's trade leads along with how many times each lead was visited ( example Cebu Furniture Designs )
- Members Directory: You can browse the full list of all TradersCity members via Members Directory. In Members Directory, you can sort the list based on; membership date, by name, by country, by number of leads, and by business/product.
Members' features: Members can utilize the following features once they login:
- Updating their profile business card: email address, password, website url, country, title, business/product description, signature, and preferences
- Posting leads every day
- Uploading product photo for each lead they post
- When members login they will see a personalized box with quick links to view and update their profile business card, a full list of their posted leads, and links to quickly post new leads.
- Each member's profile contains a full list of their leads along with posts' dates and number of visitors that viewed each lead.
- When posting a new lead, you will see your business card (signature profile) at the bottom of the lead box and you will be able to update your signature if you wish to.
- You can post questions to other TradersCity members in the Questions and Discussions forum. It is a a place for International Traders to ask questions, offer answers, and participate in discussions. ( example Question about: Brazil Inbound Duty Relief )
- You can Edit/update your previous test leads by clicking on the trade lead and selecting "Edit" button on the top left corner of the screen.

- Import Export Toolbar: Quickly search, post, and view leads from anywhere using TradersCity free import export toolbar
- RSS Feed of TradersCity Import Export Offers: For those who use RSS readers, we have an RSS feed for all posted trade leads. You can find RSS link in the upper navigation bar of the board.
